How to Request your Gladstone DUI Driver License Hearing Within Fifteen Days

The request for Administrative Hearing is a Civil matter and is a separate matter from the criminal  DUI case . If the request is not made within the statutorily prescribed time you lose that right to contest the suspension..

Failure to Request a Driver License Hearing within the 15 or 30 day time period will result in the denial of a license hearing and the automatic suspension of your Missouri Driver License .
