The Edwardsville Municipal Court handles cases including Driving Under the Influence (DUI), Speeding and other Traffic Tickets, as well as Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia Charges. A First-time DUI in Edwardsville is chargeable as a Class B Misdemeanor, a second offense is chargeable as a Class A Misdemeanor.
