The Kansas City Missouri Police Department, working with Jackson County Law Enforcement, stopped over 500 vehicles from 11:00p.m. to about 4:00a.m. early last night. The DUI Checkpoint was conducted at 39th and Southwest Trafficway, about one block north of Westport, in Kansas City, Missouri.
Thirty-one drivers were arrested on DUI charges, others were charged with 'Driving While Suspended / Revoked'
Other charges were issued for Possession of marijuana, Minor in Possession of Alcohol, and other misdemeanor traffic offenses.
