St. Joseph Man Arrested for DUI in Nebraska
Allegedly Cox tried to elude Lincoln Police , sometimes reaching speeds of over a hundred miles an hour. After apprehending him, Police arrested Mr. Cox and charged him with Leaving the Scene of an Accident, DUI (Third Offense), Chemical Test Refusal, Marijuana Possession, Eluding Police, Driving While Suspended, and Speeding.
A third DUI in Kansas or Missouri is usually chaged as a Felony DUI. Eluding the police can also be charged as a felony if other's live are put in danger.
